Presidential Inauguration 2025

Arrive in the Nation’s Capital via BWI Airport and transfer on own to check-in to your designated hotel. 

Your evening is free on own to explore the area, rest and relax, and enjoy dinner on own at the hotel restaurant or one located at nearby Arundel Mills Mall. 

Enjoy breakfast included at your hotel this morning before departing with your licensed DC Tour Guide via luxury motor coach.  

Explore the White House Visitors Center for an in-depth view of White House life with interactive exhibits, historical artifacts, and insightful videos.  

Visit Black Lives Matter Plaza and then begin a Monuments & Memorials tour to include stops at: the new World War 1 Memorial, as well as memorials for the Vietnam War, Lincoln, and Korean War.  Enjoy lunch on your own at Penn Corridor.  

Stop to admire Presidential Portraits at the National Portrait Gallery’s Hall of Presidents.  Next, embark on a Driving Tour of the U Street Corridor, including Ben’s Chili Bowl, Howard University, Thurgood Marshall Home, and more.  

Visit the National Archives, home of the original Constitution and Declaration of Independence.  

A delightful Welcome Dinner is included in Old Town Alexandria before returning to your hotel to rest for the night. (Meals: B, D)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing with your Guide for a day of adventure! 

Embark with your Guide on a  District City Tour to include visits to see iconic locations such as the Presidential Memorials for: Jefferson, FDR, and Eisenhower, stop by the Vietnam War Veterans, Air Force, and Korean War Veterans Memorials, as well as the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial. 

Enjoy a stop at The Wharf, a boardwalk along the waterside bursting with electric energy, many restaurants and shops where you can have lunch on your own.  

Visit Arlington National Cemetery to see the Kennedy gravesite and other presidents interred within America’s most sacred square mile.  Tram tickets are included to navigate the landscape.  Be sure to catch the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, a solemn and moving experience for all. 

Visit the extraordinary Marine Corps Memorial (Iwo Jima) before stopping at the John F. Kennedy Center of the Performing Arts to see the larger-than-life bronze bust of Kennedy, view of the city from the terrace, and experience the new JFK Exhibit.  Dinner is included at the hotel. (Meals: B, D)

Rise and shine very early and snatch a ‘Grab & Go’ breakfast on your way into the city this morning.  

Today, your group will witness the historic 60th Inauguration of the 47th President of the United States of America in Washington, DC, followed by the annual Inaugural Parade!  (No seating included. Jumbotrons located throughout.) This exciting, must-see event will be accompanied by various festivities throughout the day.  

In between events, you’ll have time to pop in and visit some of the Smithsonian Museums of your choice located on the National Mall.  

Your evening is free to rest, relax, or explore the city additionally on your own.  (Meals: B)

Depart via motor coach to spend the day at the National Museum of African American History (NMAAHC) as well as any of the other Smithsonian Museums located on the National Mall.
